Our process is quick and simple: it starts with a 45-minute online initial interview to discuss your motivation and expectations. If we're a good match, the final step is a 60-minute onsite interview at our Munich office, where you'll meet HR and the Head of Operations and will also do a short case study.
Our ultimate goal is to keep you on board. We design our apprenticeship program to prepare you for a long-term career with us. Upon successful completion - and depending on your performance and our current business needs - we aim to transition you into a permanent, full-time role within your specialized team, where you can continue to grow, take on ownership, and shape the future of Scalable Capital.
Our Apprenticeship Programs typically span 30 to 36 months. The exact timeline depends on whether you complete the regular or a shortened duration, which can vary based on your academic background and individual performance. Each path is uniquely structured to provide the foundational knowledge, practical training, and depth of experience necessary for your future career.
The apprenticeship to become a Certified Banking Professional (Bankkaufmann/-frau) is a practical, dual training program that perfectly combines theory and hands-on experience. The program typically lasts 36 months, but depending on your qualifications, it can be shortened to 30 months. This modernized apprenticeship places a strong emphasis on building customer relationships and developing top-notch advisory skills.

Step 1: Online Initial Interview (45 mins) We’ll meet virtually to chat about your motivation for joining us and to better understand your goals and expectations for your apprenticeship. It’s also the perfect space for you to ask us any questions! | Final Step: Onsite Interview in Munich (60 mins) We’ll invite you to our Munich office for a personal meeting with HR and our Head of Operations. This step includes a short case study where you can show us how you approach practical tasks. |
